Prior to submitting content to us please note that we take our submittals VERY seriously, especially since we MANUALLY approve EVERY submittal prior to posting it live. We want our site to offer the best articles by the web's best authors so to help you get your articles posted please follow and/or note our eleven (11) simple guidelines below.

1: Use ONLY your work and/or work allowed to be used ONLY by you. You must own the copyright to any content submitted to us for publication. Any variances from this, no matter how minor, will cause you to be banned from our site, all prior approved articles to be deleted, and further legal action to be brought upon you to the fullest allowable extent of current law in the event that we are implied responsible by the offended party you stole the material from. No exceptions.

2: Keep your article content family-friendly. No written profanity, comments, statements nor words that could be constituted as being threatening, libel, defamatory, or unlawful.

3: Keep affiliate links OUT of any article(s) submitted. Submit an article with affiliate links or redirects and it will be rejected. Attempt this tactic repeatedly and we will have to ban you/your articles.

4: Spellcheck your work. Your articles will be rejected/deleted if they contain multiple spelling errors, bad syntax, and other obvious grammatical errors. We want your articles to be readable by all.

5: You also grant us the right to publish your articles in whole on this website, or through any visual technological format deemed appropriate for our visitors/readers, by your submtting article content to us.

6: You ALSO give your permission to have content you submit to us (re)published in whole by other persons seeking content, by submiting your article content to us. Do note that we state throughout our site that any content reprinted from this website must be used in its entirety.

7: You will not hold us responsible for how others may use your content. You understand that we cannot control whatsoever on what website or format others may use your content.

8: You understand and agree that you will not be compensated financially for submitting your content and having it posted/redistributed.

9: You understand that we will not be held responsible nor liable for errors and omissions made in or as a result of your submitted content.

10: No submittal tricks or similar 'getting-under-the-radar' tactics. We are notified when you edit your articles, so no replacing approved content with content you know would not have been originally approved. Violators will be permanently banned.

11: Press Releases. Only submit press releases NOT containing dates. We will have to reject any such submissions containing current and future dates since they generally are not evergreen articles and suitable for lasting content at ArticlesandAuthors.com . If you want to promote your press releaseses containing current or future calendar dates we suggest you use PRWeb.com to submit your press releases to.
