I'm here in beauteous Florence Italy right now, in a little location just outside of the hill town of Fiesoli. My wife and I are here just to fulfill one of our family dreams on duty something I in no degreeADV Smallness possible dreamed or fantastic we'd be able to do, and I wanted to take some time on my real estate investing website to about You. I was nineteen years old, and I was an accounting major at the Rutgers School of Business. I was working for the Hess Corporation as an accountant, and I suddenly had this revelation, even though the job was good, the pay was good, and it was secure, I just wasnt happy. I would wake up and go, I can't wait till it's Saturday!' I couldn't stand what I was doing, it was like passing the time, passing the hours of my life! I woke up one day, and I said, 'You know what, every day I want to wake up fumingN Disorder to start my day!'

Since then I've been chasing afterward that, and I've been trying to achieve that. It's something I about on my investor website all the time, life it too short to live for the weekend. Well, right now in Italy with my wife not just for a week or a ten day vacation, we've come to stay for a couple of months to really enjoy Italy.

But the thing I want to share with you is this, I'm just like you! I at no time imaginative I would get here. I want to share this single finished and I'm going to reveal how you can use it in your own lives, so you can achieve all your dreams. Whether it's buying a new house, leaving your job, apprehension that fantasy vacation, At the end of this article, I'll issue you a challenge, this isn't just about a sermon this is about you expropriation action.

CAR CRASH POWER PHENOMENON

Before I share with you the most powerful and most important class I've learned as an Entrepreneur, I want to about a really interesting phenomenon, you've in all likelihood heard it before. Maybe you've heard the story, there's this car crash and the mother gets out of the car and she finds her child trapped beneath the car. Suddenly this woman, petite, mediate aged, grabs onto the side of an automobile, and she lifts it up a two ton car to rescue her child. She finds the willpower and the dynamism to do something that seems virtually and humanly impossible, especially for a womankind of this dimension and of this strength, but she does it.

Why does she do this, or better yet how? Because her child is underneath it , she has no choice, she must rescue her child and so she overcomes all odds and does it. I want to ask you as a Real Estate Investor, 'How can you invoke what I call Car Crash Power into your life?'

Now Car Crash Power is this, it's putting yourself in a situation, where you are forced to succeed. The biggest problem, the biggest obstacle we face in achieving our goal, our dreams, is ourselves. We always give ourselves a way out, we sabotage our own success. Because, if there really are no consequences to not succeeding, well then, when it gets to inflexible we quit! When it gets really laborious we push posterior the deadline, we push caudal the goal, and we nevermore really get there!

YOU NEED TO DO BETTER THAN GOAL SETTING

Goal setting is great, but it's got to be more than a promise, there has to be an action involved. Actions have to have consequence, not just advantage consequences. A improvement example, 'If I do the next few deals, I'm going to buy this vacation home, or I'm going to upgrade to the home of our dreams. That's considerable but, there needs to be a negative consequences too. So you're more motivated to say, 'I've got to get this done or else', than 'If I get this done I'll get this prize at the end.' So you have to ask yourself, 'How can I invoke Car Crash Power into my life?'

Putting yourself into a coordinates where the car is trapped on top of you or trapped on something that's important and you have no decision but to get it off. I'll give you an example with myself here in Italy. I was terrified of coming here, I didn't want to come, so I told my wife Charlene, I said, we just can't go! I couldn't see how it was going to happen, it was just way too much, I had this business to run and it just wasn't going to happen, and we spoke about it again and again. Finally she caught me on a faith filled day, and I said, 'O.K. let's do it.' Once we booked the point and air fair, suddenly it wasn't that I couldn't do this it was, I had to find a way to mobilize our business. No choice.

FORCING SUCCESS

Knowing that we were leaving forced me to say, 'I can't run every part of my business by myself any more.' It forced me to go out and hire new experts, and new professionals. This helped me to travel, and to accomplish even more and deliver even better service on our investor web sites than we were before! Because of this situation, behind the scenes of the Car Crash Power that I invoked in my own life it's allowed us to achieve an even greater level of bulls eye than ever before.

It forced me to cogitate and it forced me to find successfulness at a new level, something that to no degree would have happened if I had not rocked the boat. So this is the same thing I'm challenging you, is how can you invoke Car Crash Power into your own life. Maybe it's saying to yourself, 'I'm going to give notice, I'm leaving my job in two months,' and now you have two months to make it happen. Maybe it's putting a deposit down on a vacation home, and forcing yourself to know, I have to pay for this thing or else.

Now I give a little bit of here, if you're a family man or woman, I would recommend a slightly out of ones element approach, a at a disadvantage risky because, it's not superior to matter your spouse or kids to the same kinds of challenges or risks that you are willing to take. However, meditate about some of the creature comforts you really enjoy and, that you're going to have to give them up if you don't find a way to succeed. Put yourself in a coordinates where you say, 'I have to make this happen. If I don't make this Real Estate deal I'm going to have to give up the car I drive or I have to give up the cable. I have to make this happen!!' Because, if you give yourself a way out you're going to take it, it's public nature. Nothing ensures touchdown better that forced success.

I want to share a word of encouragement and a sort of promise to you, and that is this... It's really not that unbending to achieve that level of goal or that goal, as you make it out to be in your own head. I've experienced this myself because, I in no way deliberation I would be here right now in this longitude running our real estate investing website business from the mediate of Florence, Italy. This is the time I really challenge you and ask you, 'Are you ready to stop making excuses and take the next step?' Just remember why your on duty this, why your involved in Real Estate investing, why you are choosing the path of Entrepreneur, instead of running with the herd and acting the routine nine to five! Real Estate investing isn't just a means, there's an end involved, and the end is a lifestyle. You really can wake up every day aquiver to start life, it really is possible!
