Italian Shrimp Sauté

1 28oz can of whole tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. butter
1 1/2 lbs. Italian seasoning
2 dashes Smokin’ Hot Habañero Sauce or more to taste
2 tbs. Boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally until most of the liquid has evaporated and sauce is thick- about 8-10 minutes. great peeled and deveined shrimp

In a big skillet combine tomatoes, garlic sugar, salt, Italian seasoning and hot sauce. Add shrimp and cook, tossing until pink ~ about 3 minutes.

Transfer shrimp to a serving platter and superimpose with sauce.



Stovetop Barbecued Pork Chops

1 tbs.

In another voluminous skillet melt butter over medium heat. Smitty’s Spicy Barbecue Sauce

In a great skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. olive oil
4 boneless pork chops (5-6 oz each)
1 c. Add pork to skillet and cook until browed (about 4 minutes a side)

Stir in barbecue and 1 cup of water. Season pork chips with salt. Cook covered chops a few times to coat with sauce. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. beef tenderloin roast
2 1/2 tsp. Cook abut 12 minutes or until chops are no longer pink in the center.












Peppered Beef Tenderloin Roast

5 lb. rosemary
1 tbs. garlic powder
2 tbs. salt
2 tbs. black peppercorns
1 tsp. Combine all ingredients except oil and rub over roast. olive oil

Preheat oven to 425º F. Be sure to render up to room temperature before cooking.
In a ample skillet or roasting pan heat oil over medium-high heat. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 4 hours but no more than 48. Place in oven and cook uncovered until the internal temperature reaches 155º F. Add roast and russet on all sides (about 4 minutes a side).

Baked Lamb Chops

8 4 oz lamb chops
1/4 c. Remove from oven and let rest about 10 minutes before carving. garlic powder
1 tbs. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
Preheat a grill and oven to 400º F
Rub the chops with oil and spices. dried rosemary
1 tsp. Transfer to a baking sheet and cook an five minutes or until desired doneness. Cook on the grill for 4 minutes a side. verdant beans
1 tsp.


Herbed Green Beans

1 lb. dried basil

Cook olive beans until slightly tender, do not over cook.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and then add basil.
Add beans. olive oil
2 tbs. Serve immediately.
